A: We accept returns for most products within 30 days of
delivery.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email immediately at support@starquilt.com and we will work with you to provide a replacement or a
refund.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your
order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order on our website
or with the shipping carrier.
What Payment Methods Can be accepted ?
Pro Linens Accept Apple Pay , Visa & Mastercard , Paypal and Google Pay.
Are backing fabrics included?
Backing fabrics are sold separately. Each kit includes suggested coordinating backing fabrics, or you can select your preferred backing.
What is Block of the Month?
This quilting program allows you to create a beautiful quilt, block by block until you reveal the finished quilt at the end! You’ll receive a portion of the kit each month until the entire kit has been sent. This gives you time to savor the quilting process as you finish each section. This economic program also allows you to budget your quilting projects, paying for each portion as you receive it instead of all at once.
Please note that we can only bill and ship one month at a time. We can not combine multiple months or entire kits as these are sent to us on a monthly basis.

Can I buy multiple Daily Deals?
Our policy allows for one Daily Deal per customer per day, unless otherwise stated. You may order additional items, but they will be charged at the full price.
