Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-6 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • There is Flat Rate of 9.99 $ On Standard Shipping For order Less then 99.99 $
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.99 (within the U.S. only).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Star Quilt Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is any issue with your shipment, such as damage or missing items.

Address Errors:

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@starsquilt.com.
