Because of the overwhelming demand in 2020, we’re excited to announce our first-ever presale for Jenny’s Countdown to Christmas Box that GUARANTEES your box for the 2021 holiday season. Now through April 20th, simply pay a 50% deposit of the box’s total price and start dreaming about the projects, notions, and quilty goodness that Jenny has handpicked for you this year. This generously-sized box is packed with 25 gifts especially for quilters, including fun projects, limited edition must-haves, Missouri Star Exclusives you won’t find anywhere else, and a few surprises that Jenny simply can’t wait to show you!
Once you receive your box, follow along on our exclusive Countdown to Christmas website from December 1st until Christmas Day to find out why Jenny specifically chose that gift for you. It’s an advent calendar for grown-ups as every day is a fun surprise!
The second 50% deposit will be on October 7th and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the final details.
The Countdown to Christmas box will ship in mid-November and arrive no later than December 1st.
Note: If you’re buying more than one box and want to send them to different addresses, you will need to check out separately for each additional box to enter the recipient’s name and address.

Shipping Info:
The Daily Deal and any additional items can be ordered along with your 1st 50% deposit. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on our standard shipping rates.
Domestic Shipping is FREE.
Canadian Shipping is $12 on your first 50% deposit and $0 on your second 50% deposit.
International Shipping is $25+ on your first 50% deposit, depending on your order, and $10+ on your second 50% deposit, for a total of up to $40 maximum if additional items are ordered.
Note - Jenny's Countdown to Christmas Box is excluded from coupon discounts.

Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery:
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-6 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- There is Flat Rate of 9.99 $ On Standard Shipping For order Less then 99.99 $
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.99 (within the U.S. only).
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Star Quilt Store is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is any issue with your shipment, such as damage or missing items.
Address Errors:
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@starsquilt.com.
Returns & Exchanges:

Return & Refund
Thank you for shopping at Star Quilt Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (not cut or altered).
- Quilting fabrics that have been cut from the bolt or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the order.
- Final Sale items, such as clearance or discounted products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at support@starsquilt.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your items and a return authorization number (RA#), if applicable.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
- Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Star Quilt Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If your return is not approved (e.g., item is damaged, altered, or used), we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
Gift Returns:
- If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact our customer service team for assistance. The gift recipient will need the order number to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Cut fabric
- Custom-made quilts or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
